Frequently Asked Questions

1

Does One More Push collect my data?

No. Our games collect no personal data and have no accounts, no ads, and no analytics. Everything you do stays on your device and your own iCloud.

2

How is my progress saved and synced?

Your progress is saved on your device and synced through your personal iCloud, so it appears automatically on your other devices signed in to the same Apple ID. Nothing is ever sent to us.

3

How do in-app purchases work?

Some games offer optional purchases of cosmetic items, such as boulder skins and stickers, and a cosmetic in-game currency called Pebbles that you can spend on those items. Everything you can buy is cosmetic and gives no gameplay advantage, and there are no randomized or "loot box" items — you always know exactly what you're getting and what it costs. Purchases are processed by Apple and tied to your Apple ID, and the real-money price is always shown before you buy.

4

I reinstalled the app or got a new device. How do I get my purchases back?

For cosmetic items (skins, stickers, environments), open the game's Settings or Store and tap "Restore Purchases" while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy them; they'll be restored at no additional cost. Pebbles work differently: like all consumable currencies, they can't be restored through the App Store. Your Pebble balance is kept with your game progress and syncs across your devices through iCloud, so it follows you automatically as long as iCloud is turned on and you're signed in to the same Apple ID. If you delete the app with iCloud off, or sign in with a different Apple ID, a Pebble balance can't be recovered — so keep iCloud on to protect it.

5

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6

How do the tilt controls work?

The summit balance challenge uses tilt by default on devices with motion sensors: lean your phone to steer the boulder. You can swap between Tilt and Touch at any moment with the button in the scene, and the game remembers your choice on each device. Motion is read on your device only, purely to steer the game, and is never stored or transmitted.

7

How can I manage or limit in-app purchases?

Every purchase goes through Apple and your Apple ID, and the real-money price is always shown before you confirm. To require a password for each purchase, or to turn purchases off entirely (including on a child's device), use Apple's built-in tools: on the device, Settings › Screen Time › Content & Privacy Restrictions; and Ask to Buy if you use Family Sharing. All billing and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

8

Does One More Push have accessibility options?

Yes. It honors the system Reduce Motion setting and also has its own Reduce Motion toggle and a haptics on/off switch in the app's Settings. The balance stage uses tilt by default on devices with motion sensors, and can always be played by touch instead. Switch any time with the Tilt/Touch button in the scene, right over the play area.

9

I found a bug or have a suggestion.

10

Where can I read the privacy policy and terms?

They're linked inside the app and here on our site: see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
