This Privacy Policy is provided by Orefish, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") and applies to One More Push and to other Orefish games and apps that link to this policy (together, the "Covered Apps").
This policy does not apply to Delve Divers. Delve Divers is a separate product with its own accounts and data practices, and it is governed by its own Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and EULA at delvedivers.com. Nothing in this policy describes Delve Divers.
The short version: the Covered Apps collect no personal data. They have no accounts, no ads, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party trackers.
The Covered Apps do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to your personal information, identifiers, contacts, location, or usage analytics. We operate no servers that receive data from you, and we cannot see how you play. Where a Covered App offers optional tilt controls, it reads the device's motion sensors during play solely on your device to steer the game; motion readings are never stored, recorded, or transmitted, and the apps request no motion-related permission because none is required for this on-device use.
Your in-game progress — settings, in-game currency, cosmetic items, statistics, and streaks — is saved locally on your device. To keep it consistent across your own Apple devices, it is also synced through your personal iCloud account using Apple's iCloud key-value storage. This data stays within your Apple account; it is never sent to us, and we cannot access it. You can remove it at any time from within the app or through your device and iCloud settings.
Some Covered Apps offer optional in-app purchases — cosmetic items, and a consumable in-game currency (for example, Pebbles in One More Push) that is spent on cosmetic items. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and Apple is the merchant of record. We never receive or have access to your payment information. We receive only the anonymous confirmation needed to deliver what you bought; for consumable currency this includes an opaque Apple transaction identifier that we store on your device to credit the correct amount and to avoid crediting the same purchase twice. None of this identifies you, and it never leaves your device except through your own iCloud. Apple maintains the record of your purchases on your Apple ID, which is what lets you restore non-consumable items. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
The Covered Apps include no third-party analytics or crash-reporting tools. Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated diagnostic and usage statistics (for example, aggregate crash counts or how many devices run a given iOS version). This information is supplied by Apple, cannot identify you, and is not combined by us with any other data. We do not collect or receive any personal data through these reports.
We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, tracking pixels, data-collecting SDKs, or any form of user monitoring in the Covered Apps. We do not track your activity across apps or websites, and we do not request the App Tracking Transparency permission because we have nothing to track.
The Covered Apps do not require or offer account creation, login, registration, or any form of personal identification.
The Covered Apps are designed to be played offline. The only network activity involves Apple's own services — syncing your progress through your iCloud and processing any in-app purchases through the App Store — and opening external links that you choose to tap, such as this policy or the App Store.
Our website at orefish.com is an informational resource that hosts our policies and game information. We do not use analytics tracking, do not set non-essential cookies, and do not collect personal data from visitors. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log standard technical information, such as visitor IP addresses, for security purposes under its own privacy policy.
The Covered Apps are suitable for general audiences and collect no data from anyone, including children under 13. Because we collect no personal information, we comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws by design.
Because the Covered Apps collect no data, there is nothing for us to secure on any server. Data stored on your device is protected by your device's built-in security, and data synced through iCloud is protected by your Apple account.
California (under the CCPA and CPRA) and a number of other U.S. states have enacted comprehensive privacy laws that give their residents rights over personal information. For the Covered Apps, we do not collect, sell, or share personal information, so we have no personal information to access, disclose, delete, or correct in response to a request under these laws.
For the Covered Apps, we do not collect or process personal data, so the GDPR and UK GDPR impose no processing obligations on us. Any data handled by Apple in connection with iCloud sync or App Store purchases is processed by Apple as a separate, independent controller under Apple's own policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always indicated by the "Last Updated" date above. If a future Covered App ever changes these practices, we will update this policy or provide that app with its own.
